Brisanje u aplikaciji (najbrže)
- Otvorite Plan B-aby i prijavite se.
- Idite na Moj profil → Podešavanja → Nalog i modovi → Obrišite nalog.
- Potvrdite brisanje (aplikacija traži dve potvrde).
Brisanje se izvršava odmah i ne može se poništiti.
Brisanje putem email-a
Ako ne možete da se prijavite, pošaljite zahtev na kontakt@planb-aby.com sa email adrese naloga. Možemo tražiti potvrdu identiteta. Nalog brišemo najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od potvrde.
Šta se briše
- Vaš nalog i podešavanja.
- Ako ste vlasnica porodice: porodica, profili beba, svi unosi, fotografije, podsetnici i trudnički podaci. Članovi porodice tada gube pristup.
- Ako ste partner ili posmatrač: Vaš nalog i pristup porodici. Podaci porodice ostaju vlasnici.
Šta ostaje kratko vreme
Minimalni zapis (email adresa, podaci o kupljenim paketima i datumi), radi rešavanja eventualnih reklamacija oko pretplate. Automatski se briše 6 meseci posle brisanja naloga, odnosno 6 meseci posle isteka poslednje pretplate, ako je ona istekla kasnije.
Pretplata
Brisanje naloga ne otkazuje pretplatu. Otkažite je posebno, u podešavanjima Apple ID-ja ili Google Play naloga, inače se nastavlja naplaćivati.

Deleting in the app (fastest)
- Open Plan B-aby and sign in.
- Go to My profile → Settings → Account and modes → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion (the app asks you to confirm twice).
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Deleting by email
If you cannot sign in, send a request to kontakt@planb-aby.com from your account email. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We delete the account within 30 days of confirmation at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your account and settings.
- If you are the family owner: the family, baby profiles, all entries, photos, reminders and pregnancy data. Family members lose access.
- If you are a partner or observer: your account and your access to the family. The family's data stays with the owner.
What is kept for a short time
A minimal record (email address, purchased plans and dates) to handle possible subscription complaints. It is deleted automatically 6 months after account deletion, or 6 months after your last subscription expires, if that is later.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, otherwise you will keep being charged.
